Grown as both a perennial and a shrub because of its compact nature this wonderful, sweet scented shrub produces clusters of tiny bright blue flowers in late summer. Bees and butterflies will be drawn to the masses of heavenly blue flowers and this great shrub will be buzzing with life. The hybrid Caryopteris x clandonensis is a cross between Caryopteris incana and Caryopteris mongholica.
