How to take care of Gaura lindheimeri Siskiyou Pink
The ornamental shrub is very easy to care for. In late summer, the perennial can be cut back a hand's breadth above the ground. This way the plant can sprout again and overwinter clearly better. The flowering plant prefers sunny locations on well drained, nutrient-poor soils. Gravel beds are also a good place for the splendid candle, which is frequented by bees. It is often planted as an ornamental plant in the garden or used in a container on the balcony or terrace. Due to its long flowering time from June to October, the undemanding splendor candle is welcome in every garden. Her delicate veil of flowers is like a swarm of small butterflies over the flowerbed.
