How to take care of Geum coccineum Borisii P15
Geums thrive in most garden soils, but thrive best in moist soil. Plant in full sun or partial shade. Water well after planting. Regularly remove faded flowers by removing the stems of the flowers that have served as the base. This will further encourage flower production. Geums will remain green during the winter but the old leaves will turn brown by the end of winter, so old leaves will need to be removed to improve their appearance. Dig up in the spring or autumn and divide the plants, separating each with their roots. Plant them right away. Protect from slugs- If you see some damage, you can find organic products in your local garden center that are very suitable and especially protective against this kind of nuisance.
