We do our very best to deliver your order within 1 week. Your order will be packaged in such a way that a longer delivery time does not harm the plants. If something is damaged, please contact us after receipt. Your order is 100% guaranteed!

We will send you Tracking information as soon as your package leaves our depot. We also deliver on Saturdays. You can order your package with the tracking number via the website from DPD.

If the plants do not grow in the time estimated, we offer a replacement  or your money back, it's as easy as that!

Warranty period:

• Houseplants and Bonsais 3 months
• Spring bulbs 1 growing season until 31 May at the latest
• Summer bulbs and bedding plants 1 growing season until 1 October at the latest
• Perennial plants and shrubs 1 year

Standard orders (2-30 kg) are delivered by DPD. Delivery time is approx one week business days. You can track your package with Track & Trace and require a signature by the recepient.

All orders (up to 2 kg) can also be delivered by Priority mail. Delivery time is approx one week business days there is no Track & Trace.
