How to take care of Tricyrtis Formosana 13cm pot
Toad lilies are woodland plants, preferring slightly acidic soil with plenty of humus. They thrive in a good, moist soil rich in organic matter. Plant them in a sheltered place. The one rule when growing them is never to allow the roots to dry completely. When you hit a dry spell you must water deeply. Their leaves are sparingly produced. Remove withered flower heads as they fade to encourage new growth. They also make great cut flowers. Plants are very susceptible to being attacked by slugs. Please soak the bare roots for 12-18 hours (do not exceed 24 hours). This allows them to take up the maximum amount of water without doing any injury to the plant.
