How to take care of Alyssum Snow Cloth
You can plant Alyssum Snow Cloth from spring to autumn, in any well-drained soil, in a full sun position. Alyssum Snow Cloth flower from spring to early summer. If your soil is too rich do not fertilise otherwise add a some organic fertiliser to the planting hole. In wet areas, it is best to protect Alyssum Snow Cloth with a cloche or pane of glass during the winter. If Alyssum Snow Cloth finds a good home, self-seeding can be counted upon. Trim off spent blooms after flowering and cut back by approx. 7 cm or 3" to encourage new growth.
Sow indoors for early, young seedling plants or outdoors as soon as all danger of frost has passed. Do not cover with any soil or medium. Young seedling plants should be spaced 6 to 8 inches apart. From seed to bloom in approximately 6 to 7 weeks. Keep soil moderately moist during germination.
