We use DPD to deliver your order in one week. Orders placed after Thursday evening will be shipped after the weekend. We will send you Tracking information as soon as your package leaves our depot (always check for spam and trash can). We also deliver on Saturdays. We ship your order for a fixed amount of €12,95 regardless of the size of your order. Cost to ship to Ireland is relative high (we know), but the size of our assortment and our attractive pricing should make up for it ;)
Please note: Since shippping is actually costing us more we do apply a minimum order value of € 30
We state a bulb size for all flower bulbs
Bulb sizes are based on the circumreference of the bulb in centimeters.
Since it is a natural product some tolerance has been build in, a size 6/7 means the circumreference is between 6 and 7cm, 12/14 means between 12 and 14cm.
The bulb size is an official trading standard, all bulbs are traded using these sizes.
We state a delivery height for all pot plants, shrubs and trees
For potted plants, this height is measured from the ground, including the pot. Keep in mind that plants that are planted in a border will be lower in the border, because the pot height disappears under the ground.
Shrubs and trees supplied with bare roots, i.e. without a pot, are measured from the top of the roots and are therefore planted at the same height as the liver height.
We always indicate a delivery height range because it is a live product and products can vary slightly in length during the season.
Once planted, most plants will continue to grow quickly, especially in the spring.
Root plants do not have a delivery height because this part of the perennial disappears completely underground, the plant sprouts after planting.
Due to the perishable nature of the product, the distance and the cost of returning the product, it generally does not make sense to return the product. If you have a problem with any of the products provided, Contact and we will solve it to your satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the bulbs or plants on arrival, or they are not growing, we will refund the products or send the products to you for free. It's that simple. Take a picture of the item, check your order number, and contact Contact our customer service. They will be happy to help you.
- House plants and bonsai 1 month
- Spring onions 1 growing season by 31 May at the latest
- Spring bulbs and bedding plants 1 growing season by October 1st at the latest
- Perennials and shrubs 1 year
If the replacement value of products is less than the shipping costs, we will refund the product value, we will not resend the products.

Email is the most efficient way for us to handle customer inquiries at this time of the season and allows us to help you faster and better than over the phone.
Always include your order number in the subject line of the email.
In case of a complaint enclose a photo of the product(s) to which the complaint relates so that we can immediately handle the complaint to everyone's satisfaction.
Due to the large volume in the spring (1/3-30/6), we can only process order-related emails during this period.
