Care - Usage

How to take care of Blue Border Garden x 12

Soak bare roots for 12-18 hours (do not exceed 24 hours). This allows them to take up the maximum amount of water without doing any injury to the plant. Plant these plants in any well drained soil and a sunny sheltered position, plant 10 cm deep and 25 cm apart. Water well after planting. Remove the dead flowers regularly to encourage growth and cut down the stems once the flowering period is over. Do not water the plants from above, if the foliage is soaked it can encourage the growth of mildew and other fungal diseases, wet the soil around the plants instead. Flowering period is from late summer to late autumn. Tall varieties may need staking for support.
