Instructions
Remove the plant from the nursery pot and gently loosen the root ball so the roots can grow outwards.
Soak the root ball in a bucket of water for 10–12 hours before planting.
Dig a planting hole deep enough so the root ball sits just below the soil surface.
Mix some potting compost into the soil from the hole to help hold moisture while still allowing excess water to drain away.
Place the plant in the hole with the roots spread out, backfill with soil and firm in well.
Water thoroughly after planting.
After 4 weeks, scatter a small handful of organic fertiliser on the soil around the plant.
