Standard Salix Repens Iona is a neat standard that adds year-round structure with its soft grey foliage. In early spring it offers subtle grey-toned flowering, making it a calm, stylish choice for borders and structural planting outdoors.

Growth habit and size
Grown as a standard with a clear stem and a compact crown, giving a tidy, structured look. Delivered at 60–80 cm including the pot; allow around 100 cm spacing so the crown has room to show its shape.
Plant care
Plant into well-drained soil and firm the soil in around the roots after positioning. A brief soak with the pot on before planting helps the root ball moisten evenly.

Instructions
Choose a spot in partial sun and plant into well-drained soil. Allow around 100 cm between plants so the crown can develop nicely. Before planting, place the plant (still in its pot) in water for a short while. Remove the pot, set the plant at the right height in the planting hole, then firm the soil well around the roots.
