Description

Astilbe arendsii Fanal is ideal for shady, moist areas of the garden; it thrives with the minimum of work. Astilbes have glorious arching plumes made up of tiny flowers in mid-summer. They are clump-forming perennial plants with deep rich, glossy fern-like foliage which is finely dissected with crinkly-edges. They are very strong, hardy and slow spreading.

Care - Usage

How to take care of Astilbe arendsii Fanal 9 cm pot

Schefflera plants are not difficult to grow, providing you supply plenty of indirect light, warmth and humidity.Place the plant in a bright, indirect light position. In the summer, it can be moved outside in a shady position. They appreciate lots of humidity and will thrive in well drained soil. Water when top soil is dry to touch and never allow it to sit in water in the saucer. If temperature drops below 16 degrees Celsius they may experience some problems. Do not expose to draughts or dry heating vents. They are heavy feeders so for best results feed twice weekly during the growing season with liquid fertilizer or use slow-release pellets. Transplant to bigger pot when needed and ensure a good drainage system.
