How to take care of Heliopsis helianthoides Summer Sun x 3
Heliopsis helianthoides thrives in well-drained soil but any reasonable garden soil will do. Prefers a sunny position. Once fully grown they may need some support in windy locations. Remove the withered flower heads regularly to encourage flowering. At the end of the season cut back stems to ground level and Heliopsis helianthoides will return the following year. Please soak the bare roots for 12-18 hours (do not exceed 24 hours). This allows them to take up the maximum amount of water without doing any injury to the plant.
