Care - Usage

How to take care of Brunnera macrophylla Variegata

Brunnera macrophylla Variegata/Buglosse prefer light and a moist soil. Give plenty of water the first season (don't waterlog and never let the soil dry out). Remove dead flower heads and cut back the old foliage in the spring rather than fall as it will help to protect the crown during the winter. They dislike being disturb and need sheltering from strong winds. Please soak the bare roots for 12-18 hours (do not exceed 24 hours). This allows them to take up the maximum amount of water without doing any injury to the plant.
