Carrot ‘Amsterdam’ is a high quality variety producing cylindrical, baby carrots with a rich deep orange red colour. One of the earliest carrots for forcing outdoors or under cloches. They have good resistance to splitting and cracking. Good companion plants for carrots are onions, garlic, leeks and tomatoes.
