How to take care of Pepper cayenne long slim
Sow seeds from early spring onwards. Too little heat, too much moisture, and lack of air circulation will cause poor results. Sow the seeds on the surface. Just cover with a fine sprinkling (3mm) of soil. Keep moist at all times. Cover tray with plastic film and place in south facing window or place in a heated propagator or a warm greenhouse. When seedlings are showing, pot them on into small pots mix in some organic slow release fertiliser. Water seedlings regularly, but don't let them become waterlogged as this encourages rot. Water the soil, not the foliage. The seedlings need lots of light but more than 4 hours in hot direct sunlight will dry them out. Acclimatise to outdoor conditions a few weeks before they are moved outside. Harvest in 120 days. Use scissors to snip the fruits so you don't damage the plant. Be careful handling chilli seeds; avoid contact with the eyes.
