How to take care of Cauliflower Vito For Autumn Use

Sow in a seedbed in open ground from late spring until early summer. Thin out slightly and plant out after 5 or 6 weeks. It is necessary to protect the florets from direct strong sun with a cover and to remove that protection during long spells of rain. For a good biological balance we advise you to sow leek and/or lettuce next to the cauliflower.
