Rubus fruticosus Black Satin is a vigorously growing blackberry producing an abundance of deliciously sweet and juicy, deep blue-black berries which appear on second year wood. This variety is thornless so the fruit can be harvested easily. As an added bonus this shrub produces pretty pink flowers in spring.
This specimen is self-fertile so it doesn’t require another pollinator.
