How to take care of Chicory Mechelen Medium-Early
Sow from June in open ground in rows. Lift the roots in late autumn and cut off the leaves about 2 cm from the top. Store them in a cool, dark shed. Put every 2 -3 weeks a number of roots in a bucket filled with soil approx 25 cm deep and cover with mould and straw. Place it in a cool dark place, approx 15 degrees Celsius.
