This fabulous dwarf gladioli variety blooms with orchid-like flowers in a striking combination of peach with deep carmine markings on strap-like foliage and short stems. They make exceptional cut flowers. If they are protected by a layer of mulch during winter they will rebloom for many years to come.

How to take care of Gladiolus nanus Guernsey Glory x 10
Plant Gladiolen Nanus Guernsey Glory in well-manured, well-drained soil that is neutral to slightly acidic in a mixed border, annual beds or in pots or containers. Choose a sunny site and plant the corms accordingly the directions on the packet. If Gladiolen Nanus Guernsey Glory is planted in late spring flowering may take another year. Gladiolen Nanus Guernsey Glory grow to about half the height of gladioli large flowering so they are naturally sturdy and don’t need to be staked. To obtain a succession of blooms in summer we recommend to stagger the planting dates. Let the flowers die back naturally as this feeds the bulbs for next year. Water regularly during growing season. Gladiolen Nanus Guernsey Glory is hardy but still needs thick mulch covering in extreme winters.
