It can be used fresh in a salad or cooked just like spinach. It contains the highest omega 3 fatty accids then any other leafy vegetable. Very easy and quick to grow.

Care - Usage

How to take care of Purslane Green

Sow seeds from the beginning to the end of spring, directly into the ground after the last frost. After sowing, keep the soil moist, you can use a wet paper towel. After a few days, remove the towel.
