Gladiolus nanus Nathalie produces spikes of salmon pink flowers blushed with red and enhanced by deep red markings on strap-like foliage. Nanus Gladioli flower on short stems which means they don't need staking. They make exceptional cut flowers. If they are protected by a layer of mulch during winter they will rebloom for many years to come.

How to take care of Gladiolus nanus Nathalie x 10
Plant Gladiolus nanus Nathalie in well-manured, well-drained soil that is neutral to slightly acidic in a mixed border, annual beds or in pots or containers. Choose a sunny site and plant the corms accordingly the directions on the packet. If Gladiolus nanus Nathalie is planted in late spring flowering may take another year. Gladiolus nanus Nathalie grow to about half the height of gladioli large flowering so they are naturally sturdy and don’t need to be staked. To obtain a succession of blooms in summer we recommend to stagger the planting dates. Let the flowers die back naturally as this feeds the bulbs for next year. Water regularly during growing season. Gladiolus nanus Nathalie is hardy but still needs thick mulch covering in extreme winters.
